Estimating

Estimator is responsible for analyzing project specifications, blueprints, and costs to prepare accurate bids and budgets for construction projects. They gather material and labor costs, work with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure competitive and profitable estimates. Their role also involves identifying potential risks, adjusting estimates as needed, and collaborating with Project Managers and Superintendents to keep projects within budget.
